Certain diet patterns seem to have a major effect in helping people diagnosed with cancer to live longer, healthier lives. The National Cancer Institute research shows that as much as 50 percent of cancer risk may be related to diet. This class will help you better understand the connection between healthful nutrition and disease prevention, while teaching you how to prepare a number of delicious nutritious meals.

The FFL Program was designed by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, a 501 (C) (3) nonprofit that woks to promote disease prevention and survival through nutrition.
